[Lista-Algas] grow algae to harvest for bio-diesel

My company will be building an outdoor pond this summer as a prototype for a larger system of ponds.  This pond will grow algae that we expect to harvest for bio-diesel. 
We need a person who knows growth conditions for various algae.  Someone who can maximize continuous growth by use of nutrient and pond regulation.  We are looking for a part time consultant with prior algae experience.   Compensation is negotiable and would be based on knowledge and experience.     
I am sure there is someone on this list who is the right person or knows the right person for this job.  Please let me know if you are interested or know of someone who qualifies.
