Dear Colleagues,

The Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Facultad de Estudios Superiores
(FES) Iztacala, in collaboration with the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana,
are pleased to organize the "XV National and VIII International Meeting of
the Mexican Society of Planctology", that will take place in Mexico City, April 21 to 24, 2009.

The Mexican Society of Planctology is pleased to invite you to participate in
this scientific meeting where national and international researchers,
professionals and students will present their research advances, experiences
and interests related to the fascinating field of marine and freshwater
Planktology.

Details of the program, registration, instructions for the scientific
abstracts for posters and oral talks, etc., as well as important information
to guarantee you a comfortable and pleasant participation in this scientific
reunion will be given in the second circular that will be we published in the
website (http://www.sompac.org.mx) in the coming weeks.
