[coccoliths] New batch of coccoliths available

Hi Mario,

I would link one entire coccosphere. Federico Malavolta will be there since
December, he can get it for me so you will not need to send it by mail.
Also, I can give him the money to cover the costs, so we do not need to
arrange an online payment.
