Hi Jeremy,
It’s from Bergen & Sikora (1999). The citation is:
Bergen, J. A. & Sikora, P.J., 1999. Microfossil diachronism in southern Norwegian North Sea chalks: Valhall and Hod fields. Geological Society, London, Special Publications 152 (1999): 111 - 85.
I don’t have a copy of the paper, but managed to find a copy of the figure with the KN zonation online.
