En el marco actual de intensificación productiva y prácticas
agrícolas que involucran el empleo de agrotóxicos, este curso
abordará los impactos de dichas prácticas sobre las comunidades
microbianas acuáticas. Constará de un módulo teórico (aspectos
ecológicos clave del funcionamiento ecosistémico) y un módulo
práctico (trabajo de campo y experimental, incluyendo análisis
funcional y metagenómico de las comunidades)</div>
