Conocimientos avanzados del idioma ingles (literatura es en inglés).<br>
Curso de genética de grado aprobado.<br>
Conocimientos básicos de evolución.<br>

DESCRIPCION DEL CURSO:<br>
La
sistemática molecular es el estudio de caracteres<br>
moleculares para comprender las relaciones evolutivas entre<br>
organismos o entre genes/genomas. Este curso tratará sobre las<br>
técnicas bioinformáticas utilizadas para el análisis de<br>
secuencias de ADN, particularmente en el área de la<br>
sistemática molecular. Las clases teóricas introducirán las<br>
características más salientes de los genomas presentes en<br>
plantas: nuclear, mitocondrial y <span class=SpellE>cloroplastidial</span>
desde un<br>
punto de vista evolutivo e incluirán la base teórica de la<br>
evolución de los genes y genomas y de los métodos<br>
desarrollados para su análisis. Los laboratorios de<br>
computación profundizarán en la exploración de bases de datos<br>
genómicas, métodos de análisis comparativo de secuencias<br>
<span class=SpellE>nucleotídicas</span> y proteicas, y principios generales de
análisis<br>
filogenéticos.<br>

MODO DE EVALUACION:<br>
Asistencia
al 100% de las clases teóricas y prácticas.<br>
Evaluación continúa a través del análisis de datos<br>
moleculares, discusión de artículos científicos y presentación<br>
de un informe final sobre proyecto asignado. Exposición de<br>
trabajos en simposios.<br>
