En esta edición la temática es “<SPAN class=SpellE>Biocombustibles</SPAN>”. </SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN-TOP: 6pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face="Arial Narrow" size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">El objetivo del Premio es incentivar la investigación científica y tecnológica, sobre todo en los grupos jóvenes, y orientarla al MERCOSUR. Se espera poder así contribuir al proceso de integración regional a través del desarrollo de la ciencia y tecnología regional y también de la industria que en ella se basa.</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN-TOP: 6pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face="Arial Narrow" size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Los trabajos pueden ser elaborados en español o portugués y deberán estar orientados para el MERCOSUR. Todos los trabajos premiados y nominados con la mención especial serán publicados. Podrán participar del certamen estudiantes e investigadores nacionales o residentes en los países miembro y asociados del MERCOSUR: Argentina, Brasil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Perú, Uruguay y Venezuela. </SPAN></FONT></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face="Arial Narrow" size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Dar continuidad a un trabajo orientado a difundir, potenciar, y profundizar el conocimiento del concepto de certificación para comercio justo como una herramienta para mejorar el acceso a mercados y a financiamiento para la minería artesanal y de pequeña escala (MAPE), tomando para ello, como elemento de trabajo, las lecciones de la Organización Internacional de Comercio Justo (FLO) en cuando a mercados y lecciones provenientes del financiamiento de las PYMES y MIPYMES y otros programas existentes de micro crédito.</SPAN></FONT></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face="Arial Narrow" size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">La grabación de las solicitudes se realizará directamente por el Coordinador español del proyecto / acción, que deberá darse de alta en la aplicación (<B><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">http://www.aecid.es/pci</SPAN></B>). </SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face="Arial Narrow" size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> </SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face="Arial Narrow" size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Como<SPAN> </SPAN>en años anteriores, el centro español tendrá que facilitar la carta aval a sus profesores e investigadores solicitantes (se recomienda que la faciliten ya escaneada, en formato <SPAN class=SpellE>jpg</SPAN> inferior a 1 MB), ya que éstos la tendrán que incluir (escaneada) en el momento de hacer la solicitud. Si el proyecto resulta finalmente seleccionado, la Universidad tendrá que remitir a AECID dicho documento original. Se recuerda que para que la solicitud de un proyecto o acción se considere completa, tendrá que cumplimentarse íntegramente. Esto incluye adjuntar las cartas avales escaneadas (españolas e iberoamericanas de los centros participantes). En el caso de acciones integradas el funcionamiento para introducir<SPAN> </SPAN>el documento de conformidad o visto bueno de los<SPAN> </SPAN>centros
iberoamericanos y los convenios interinstitucionales existentes (requisito imprescindible), será el anteriormente mencionado. Si finalmente es preseleccionado dicho proyecto, tendrán que remitir a AECID los documentos originales (en el caso de convenios se podrá mandar copia).</SPAN></FONT></P>
