for 2008. PSA membership has its privileges, including exemption from page
charges in their premiere phycological publication, the <I><STRONG>Journal of
Phycology</STRONG></I>; access to a members-only website (with online access to
all issues of the <I>Journal</I>, online nomination and voting, a searchable
membership directory, <I>etc</I>.), reduced registration fees at their annual
meeting, and both research and travel funds for student members.
