Dear nannoplankton community,
I am very happy to announce that the latest edition of the Journal of Nannoplankton Research (JNR), volume 41-1, is at the publisher and hard copies will be shipped to INA members soon! In addition, the individual manuscripts are now available on the INA website:
https://ina.tmsoc.org/JNR/JNRcontents.htm <https://ina.tmsoc.org/JNR/JNRcontents.htm>
I would like to say a BIG thank you to Jackie Lees for her hard work on the JNR over the last years. Volume 41-1 is her last as editor and typesetter. Thank you very much Jackie for all of your service to the JNR and INA!
As the new editorial team and I take over, we need your help! The next volume of the JNR (41-2) is scheduled to be published in September. We already have several submissions under review but our ultimate goal is to publish 8 articles per volume. To do this we need your submissions! We welcome articles on any aspect of living and fossil nannoplankton, including discussion, review, synthesis, and methodology articles. In addition, the JNR is a great place to publish cruise results that would otherwise only be published in a (non-peer reviewed) cruise volume. Instructions for authors are available here: https://ina.tmsoc.org/JNR/JNRinstructions.htm <https://ina.tmsoc.org/JNR/JNRinstructions.htm>
Send your submissions to: JNR.submission at hotmail.com <mailto:JNR.submission at hotmail.com>
Jon, Ines, Xiang, Gonçalo, Odysseus, and I look forward to receiving your manuscripts!
Cheers,
Denise
